Impregnated Mop Wipes

A range of ready-to-use impregnated mop wipes allows for consistent controlled application of disinfectant or cleaning solution. The majority of the packaging features a peelable pouch which makes the packs easy to open even when wearing gloves. The mop wipes are made of binder free, hydroentangled polyester/cellulose designed to be easily fitted to Klercide Mop Wipe Frames (3036300 or 3036310). They provide a simple effective “bucketless” solution for cleaning, disinfection or residue removal of large surfaces.

Klerwipe Low Residue Quat

Sterile heavy weight, pre-laundered 100% polyester mop wipes impregnated with a very low residue quaternary ammonium compound, with Water for Injection (WFI). The biocide blend is 0.2 micron filtered and sterile filled under Grade A laminar flow and single bagged in a Grade B cleanroom. A sterile ready-to-use daily disinfectant wipe with low residue accumulation effect, for large surfaces available in a peelable pouch.

Klerwipe 70 | 30 IPA

Sterile low particulate mop wipes impregnated with 70% isopropyl alcohol blended with deionised water. The biocide blend is 0.2 micron filtered then filled and bagged in a Grade C cleanroom before being terminally sterilised by gamma irradiation. A sterile ready-to-use daily disinfectant mop wipe, in a peelable pack, for large surfaces.

Sterile low particulate mop wipes impregnated with 70% denatured ethanol blended with deionised water. The biocide blend is 0.2 micron filtered then filled and bagged in a Grade C cleanroom before being terminally sterilised by gamma irradiation. A sterile ready-to-use daily disinfectant mop wipe, in a peelable pack, for large surfaces.

Klerwipe Sporicidal Low Residue Peroxide

Sterile low particulate mop wipes impregnated with a very low residue blend of 6% hydrogen peroxide. The biocide blend is 0.2 micron filtered and sterile filled under Grade A laminar flow and bagged in a Grade B cleanroom. A sterile ready-to-use very low residue rotational sporicide mop wipe for large surfaces.

Klerwipe Sporicidal Enhanced Peroxide

Sterile low particulate mop wipes impregnated with an enhanced blend of 1.5% hydrogen peroxide. The biocide blend is sterile filled under Grade A laminar flow and double bagged in a Grade B cleanroom. A sterile ready-to-use safer, rotational sporicide mop wipe, in a peelable pack, for large surfaces.

Sterile low particulate mop wipes impregnated with neutral detergent. The detergent is 0.2 micron filtered then filled and bagged in a Grade C cleanroom before being terminally sterilised by gamma irradiation. A sterile ready-to-use detergent mop wipe, in a peelable pack, for large surfaces.
