Cleaning & Maintenance Solutions

These products support cleaning, residue removal, dilution and filter testing in controlled environments. The Klercide Neutral Detergent enables high grade areas to have separate cleaning and disinfection steps as per regulatory direction. Additionally, the Klercide WFI Quality Water can be used for residue removal and disinfectant dilution in critical areas, while 60|40 IPA is used for testing filter membranes.

The neutral detergent is 0.2 micron filtered then filled and double bagged in a Grade C cleanroom before being terminally sterilised by gamma irradiation. The product is a sterile ready-to-use detergent for small and large surfaces.

Klercide Neutral Detergent Unit Dose Concentrate

The neutral detergent is 0.2 micron filtered then filled and double bagged in a Grade C cleanroom before being terminally sterilised by gamma irradiation. The product is a sterile detergent concentrate, to be diluted at a 1:49 ratio, for large surfaces.

The WFI quality water is 0.2 micron filtered then filled and double bagged in a Grade C cleanroom before being terminally sterilised by gamma irradiation. The product is sterile and ready-to-use for small and large surfaces.

Klercide 60|40 IPA

60% isopropyl alcohol blended with Water for Injection (WFI) with endotoxin level guaranteed to be less than 0.25EU/ml. The alcohol blend is 0.2 micron filtered then filled and double bagged in a Grade C cleanroom before being terminally sterilised by gamma irradiation. A sterile ready-to-use alcohol for filter testing.
